Returns

Changed your mind or have an item that doesn't fit? No problem! Follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: 
   Email us at help@4cfashions.com to initiate the return process.

2. Return Eligibility:
   Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with any original tags attached. 

3. Return Timeframe:
   Ensure your return package is postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.

4. Return Address:
   Once approved for a return, send the package to the return address listed on the original shipping label.

5. Refund Process:
   After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
   
   Allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive the return.

Important Notes:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
